What Causes Chronic Knee Pain With A Lump Upon Bending The Knee?

I have been having knee pain recently in my left knee. I ve noticed that when bent, a bulge on the outer part of the knee appears and its becoming more difficult to bend the knee at all. I ve also noticed that when I do try to bend the knee, it feels as if everything inside the knee cap is tight and almost feels as if something wants to pop. I am 35 years old, 140 lbs, and 5 7 and a female.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, arthritis condition of knee is very likely condition and care is must for not to bend the knee joint beyond 90 degree, and pain can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
