General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There are no herbal prep available for chronic low BP, the evaluation needs particular focus over disturbances of hypothalamus pitutary system and electrolyte imbalances most likely. Associated tinnitus might be of major concern in many neurological issues as Shwanomma or others. Immediately get basic lab panel reports done for best possible guidelines in this case and cure in fine way without any complications.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
