Hi my name is janet I ve been having very bad lower back pain for the last few days But back in late February I was diagnosed with a ingeneral hernia And ovarian cysts left and right Sides I am 39 years old I ve been very stress two could it have something to do with it also please help Janet

I really appreciate your concern, muscular pain is very common symptom in stress and anxiety, you have to come out of this condition and for that better to have some aerobic exercise, relaxation therapy, meditation, yoga, control your thoughts, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
