What Causes Chronic Migraines?

16 yr old girl has chronic daily Migrane headaches 10 years nausea fatigue often has tingling in hands feet dizziness when rising from bed extreme light sensitivity Flourescent & computer screens Irlen Syndrome has convergence insufficiency high frequency hearing loss - medications are not effective in treating Migrane - has difficulty reading - was forceps birth & low oxygen at birth - mother had high blood pressure during pregnancy - any suggestions on what could be causing chronic Migranes - MRI ruled out any tumors

I really appreciate your concern, such headache is very common in this age group before labeling this as migraine or anything else better to ruled out all the possibility of systemic disease, and for that better to get done the MRI, else this could be some functional condition, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
