What Causes Chronic Nausea Along With Sweating?

Off and on I get severe nausea with sweating. Happened this morning at 2 am, waking me up, happens at the store. Just come from nowhere, unexpectedly. Been happening for over 8 years, off and on. As I gulp to keep the throw up feeling down, it passes after a few minutes and then seemingly awful fatigue. Sometimes I have severe chest pains but not at the same time.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems you are suffering from Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Frequent episodes of nausea along with fatigue and chest pain can be due to GERD though it needs further investigation.

You should get yourself assessed by a gastroenterologist. He may advise you a few blood tests and also do an endoscopy for diagnosis.

Meanwhile, you should avoid oily and spicy food. Eat at regular intervals and drink lots of water. Take an over the counter antacid like tablet Ranitidine for a few days. You should get an EKG done for ruling out any cardiac causes.
