What Causes Chronic Pain And Spasms In The Arm?

I was very rough on my body in my youth. Motorcycles, stunts etc. When i was a teenager i dislocated by my SC joints anteriorly. now I have AC joint separation bilaterally as well. I experience pain running down my left arm, chronic spasms bilaterally with more intensity on the right side which I believe has a worse separation, and intense pain at my t4 region where it feels to the touch that one of my vertebra is not in place. How many surgeries is the minimum I can expect to correct these issues and what percentage of use will I regain?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of multiple I juries then all is depends upon the seriousness of injury degree of severity and for that imaging study is must without this nothing can be said anything as long as your query is concern, it is also depends upon the clinical symptoms hope this information helps.
