Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am a 58 yr old woman. Recently began to feel a pulling sensation after urinating. It seems to worsen during the day, and as the day goes on. Now its pretty painful, with an increase in the trips to the bathroom, and urgency, whether there is a little or a lot of urine. Also, (today being the 3rd day) now I feel a pulsing after I urinate. Very uncomfortable feeling, painful.
Hello. I have seen your problem and I think you are suffering from Urinary Tract Infection. Its a bacterial infection which occurs in the passage of urine. Females are more prone to this as compared to males because of their physiological structure. In females the vagina is closer to anus and this is the main cause of this problem.
I would suggest you to: 1.Drink a plenty of fluids 2. Cranberry juice will certainly going to help you. 3. Take atleast one glass of lime water in a day. 4. Take tab Chandraprabha Wati 2TDS with one glass full of water after meals for 3 days. It will wash out all the infection. 5. Keep the lower part clean and dry. 6. If you don't get enough relief even after 3 days then you should visit your doctor. He will prescribe you some antibiotics.
I hope this helps you. Wish you a speedy recovery.
Thanks
