What Causes Chronic Pain In A House Bound Person?

My wife has recently become bedridden from an as yet to be identified neurological condition that has been going on now for some time. We have ruled out endocrine and rheumatoid causes she has had 2 lower back surgeries and also neck for degenerative disc muscle biopsy and Mri essentially normal dots at a loss and wife s pain makes positioning unbearable due to only able to lay on one side and sleep escapes her making matters worse

- Immobility
- Disuse-induced muscle atrophy
- Electrolyte imbalance
