What Causes Chronic Pain In Lower Back Of A Child?

My 12 yr old has been suffering with chronic low back pain going on two years. No pain meds work. It makes her legs hurt. It hurts to ride in the car, coughing, walking, any normal activity that she has always done. We have been to two chiro and two orthos. We cant get a diagnosis. The chiro helped initially but she would hurt in her head and legs after adjustment. Just dont know what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, in this such tender age 12 years backache condition need to be investigated instead of manage it in some different ways because it could be due to some congenital condition or may have some serious condition so better to have opinion from orthopedic surgeon, there may need MRI, hope this information helps, take care.
