What Causes Chronic Pain In Ribs,lower Back And Feet?

I have cronic pain in my ribs and lower back and feet also i feel burning and thrumbling sensation in my body. I hav done MRI four times and so many x-rays including bone scaning in cmc hospital vellore but nothing is diogonise. Is there any other reason for this pain such as skin eczima which i had before six year and this symptom is growing now a days in my hand(finger) and feet
