General Surgeon 's  Response
You seen to be having osteoarthritis and bone erosion of the right knee joint. A CT Scan will help in assessment of the degree of bone damage. Initial management of infra-articular steroid injection can be tried for pain relief. However if this is not helpful, your Orthopedic surgeon would suggest a total knee replacement surgery which should give you very good benefit.
