What Causes Chronic Pain In The Jaw While Chewing?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING PAIN W THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY JAW NEAR MY R EAR WHEN I CHEW ITS VERY PAINFUL THE PAIN ISNT IN MUY TEETH AND WHEN I BITE DOWN REAL HARD IT MAKES MY R EYE TWITCH I DONT KNOW IF THESE SX ARE RELATED- THESE SX HAVE BEEN GOING ON SINCE 5/14/17
