What Causes Chronic Pain In The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

Hi I have chronic pain on the left side of my tummy, from a diagram I pinpointed around the sigmoid colon area it feels very inflamed i often go to the toilet and there is blood on the tissue and it s usually always diahrreah that burns. I am kind of shaking and sweating also. I am a 26 year old male

According to your complain you have problem of left abdominal pain and blood in stool that may be because of diverticulitis .

Hemorroid may cause blood in stool and burning pain around anus.More spicy food consuption aggravated a condition.

Ulcerative colitis may cause abdominal pain and blood in stool. Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis. Colonoscopy can done for further diagnosis.

Physical examination and investigation helpful for diagnosis. Consent a gastroenterologist for proper guidance.
