Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [gastroenterologist] and do few investigations like [
Colonoscopy, CT scan, USG whole abdomen and stool exam].
Do follow lifestyle modification like this:
1) Try to eliminate high-gas foods like carbonated beverages, vegetables especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and raw fruits.
2) Try to eliminate FODMAPS from diets so consult with your dietitian to make a chart.
3) Add fiber supplements.Taking fiber supplements, with fluids may help control
constipation.If fiber doesn't help symptoms, ask your doctor to prescribe an osmotic laxative such as
milk of magnesia or
polyethylene glycol.
4) Discuss with your Doctor about antispasmodic medications for pain like
dicyclomine and antibiotic [Rifaximin].
5) Try to manage stress by doing deep breathing and Progressive relaxation exercises.
