What Causes Chronic Pain In The Spleen And Shoulder?

I am 50 I have severe pain in my spleen and left chest shoulder. hurts more when I breathe, cough or hiccup. it started in June have had a few episodes just came back in the last week. I went to emergency room, they did ekg cat scan ran blood work found nothing. I do have enlarged spleen .

Hello,

Please check for spontaneous splenic rupture conditions like Bartonella and Epstein Barr virus et cetera. Also, enlargement of spleen lead to diaphragm irritation which further leads to left shoulder pain.
