What Causes Chronic Right Shoulder Pain?

60 year old Mother, has got BP. She is having pain in her right shoulder since an year . Doctors whom she met in my native suggested to go for a whole body check up. I would like to know what may be the cause for the same. Please suggest some good options where we can get the whole body check up done in hyderabad at a reasonable price.
