What Causes Chronic Severe Back Pain And Sudden Right-sided Pain?

I have a long history of severe back pain, but 2 weeks ago there is a different horrible pain on my right side, especially when I try to stand up, it makes me question whether I should call my Dr. I m sorry to have wasted your time Dr., but I have no way to pay for your service.

Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Saddiq ul Abidin. I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Your history and symptoms you are having led me to make an opinion that the pain you are having is neuromuscular in origin. There seem to be some nerves compressed or spasmed muscles which are leading to your pain.

You need a complete neurospinal surgeon's check-up, he might want to get and X-ray spine or MRI done and then it will be decided what options do you have for it's cure.

I would suggest you take as much rest as you can at the moment.
Using Tylenol twice a day will help you with pain. I would also suggest similar patients in my clinic to use a muscle relaxant like Movax.

Rubbing bio freeze or Voltral gel at the area will most probably help you.

Yes you should contact your doctor for complete check-up and work up.
This is treatable .

I hope this answered your question. If you have more queries I am happy to answer.Otherwise rate and close the discussion

Regrads.
