General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms most probably are in relation with nerve damage during the procedure and/or nerve compression post fixation. Need MRI definitely for the diagnosis and management, till then analgesics and physiotherapy can help to reduce the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
