General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As she has continuous vomiting, then you have to urgent action and take her to Emergency Room (ER).

Till then, you can give tablet Ondansetron, tablet Rantac as per weight. Do endoscopy, ultrasound abdomen after consultation and keep her hydrated.

Weakness is because of the continuous vomiting. Common causes are gastritis, intestinal obstruction, acidity, and other abdominal disorders.

I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history or consult with pediatrician or gastroenterologist for detailed examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
