What Causes Chronic Vomiting And Tight Sensation Under The Breasts?

I just started vomiting ever hour and half, there’s nothing left inside but still going through the motions . I have noticed that when being sick I get a tightness under my left breast and ache , feels like I have slept on my arm and it’s gone to sleep!!! , tingling down my arm sometimes to my fingers Is it just because I am being sick! I am 51 . Thanks
