Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Chronic Vomiting , Chest Pain And Nausea?
I have been having bouts of nausea off and on for about 4-5 weeks now. Sometimes vomit. Last night I woke up and felt nauseated armed and had to vomit several times but it was not food bit a thin, almost clear acid . Sometimes my chest hurts (mild) or feels tight when I am nauseated but not always. Usually the nausea is accompanied by belching even if I haven t eaten anything recently.
As per your query you have chronic vomiting , chest pain and nausea . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to two reasons :-
I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may order complete blood profile , ECG , TMT and toponin t test . Doctor may prescribe aspirin , sedative , isosorbid nitrate and betablockers . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist If he/she find problem to be related with acid reflux .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
