What Causes Chunk Of Skin Discharge From Vagina While On Depo Shot?

I am on the depo shot and a thick chunk of skin came out of my vagina after I took out my tampon. My period flow has not been heavy but I am experiencing more painful cramping than usual in my lower back around my hips and toward my ovaries. Should I go to the doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of vaginitis need to be ruled out and for that it is better to see the gynecologist, with the history of device inserted infection is pretty likely with mucous discharge, with proper treatment this would be cured, take care, have a nice day.
