What Causes Circles On Ankle?
My son had two small circles on his ankle that appeared around 6 months. He is now 26 months and they have grown together making one circle about quarter size. Went to doctor and they ruled out ring worm. It looks like a rubber band under the skin the way it s raised. What could it be?
