What Causes Circular Bruises On Upper Arm?

Hi, I woke up this morning and noticed 4 circular bruises on the inside of my upper arm, ranging between the size of a quarter and a dime. Each bruise has a small white center that feels like a small lump. I have no idea where I got the bruises nor have I ever had any bruises that look like this before. The bruises are not sore nor do they hurt when touched. Any idea what they are or why they showed up?

Hi.
As per your case history you are probably having bruises due to insect bite.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
