What Causes Circular, Dry Patches On Body?

I have these weird circular dry patches showing up on my body since about a week ago. They don t itch or irritate me, they just kind of sit there and freak me out. There showin up on my stomach, chest, and inside of my thighs. What are they? Should I go see a doctor? By the way I have never had any sexual intercourse before and there isn t any STD S in the family blood.

Hi
It could be dry discoid eczema.
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of the moisturising lotion on the entire body.
