General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Circular red rashes on the body is indicative of Ring worm of the body (Tinea corporis). You can apply anti-fungal (Clotrimazole / Miconazole) creams, ointments or sprays locally. You can take a course of oral anti-fungals (Fluconazole) for relieve. Take care of your hygiene & don't keep your skin moist or humid. Wear cotton clothes. However you are suggested to get clinically assessed by a dermatologist. Get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
