What Causes Clavicle And Ribs Pain With Spasm?

For the past two days my left clavical has been hurting. But today it became worse, every time I take a deep breath, the pain extends to my low ribs.. There is no physical pain, but if I lay on my left side. There is a feeling of a spasm on all the left side including my arm, please help, thank you!
