Hi I am 25years old and I hve been musterbating since I was 23 now I see this clear and non-smelling discharge and my penis is very eachy I don't know what's to do and I feell so embarrased that everytime I'm with my friend my trouser is wet all the time.

The clear watery discharge from the penis is a excessive secretion of mucus by mucus secreting glands located in Bulbar Urethra .

These glads are stimulated on sexual arousal either by visual or tactile stimuli whenever you are in close vicinity of your girl fried or any woman .

This is normal response at the age of adolescence and gets resolved spontaneously without any treatment .

You need to allay your anxiety and have positive approach whenever you are with your girl friend .
