What Causes Clear Discharge From Left Breast And Lump Near Armpit?

I had a very small amount of clear discharge from my left breast the other day cleaning my son s room without messing with my nipple other than carrying totes and so I had a small wet spot on my shirt. I got a tiny drop out of my right nipple but purposely tried to do it to see if it was from both breasts. I randomly feel like I have discharge every so often but never really saw anything much until the other day so I thought I was imagining it. After looking up online (I know, not a good idea), I did a SBE and found a little spot that might be a lump near my armpit but since I have been terrible at doing the monthly SBE, I m not sure if that is normal for me or not. For all I know, it could be normal for me as I had an annual exam 3-4 months ago and nothing was said about anything. Should I be worried?
