clear fluid from ear. ear canal is not visible it is swollen together can hardened ear wax cause this on a 76 year old person who is very touchy about his ears being kept cleaned out there is signs of infection the fluid pours out of ear like a leaky faucet

This can be due to Otitis Externa or Otitis Media.
