I m 42 female .. No health issues I don t take any medication.. I ve had no disease diagnosis ... 6 all natural healthy child births .. This morning I noticed globs of clear jelly attached randomly on my stools... I m a little freaked out .. I haven t changed anything in my diet except for trying to eat less.. I m 5 5... And I weigh 165... Should I be concerned .. I m not in any discomfort at all...
Hello there, If you have had any of these foodstuffs - okra, papaya, psyllium(isabgol), any diet food type mix that advertises to be filling yet has very less calories then it is most likely that it is harmless. These foods contain mucilaginous type of fibre that will seem like jelly in your stool. Keep a watch on your stool for a month . if it persists or recurrs then we can discuss alternate diagnosis.
