What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From Penis?

hello I am modi , I am concerned about an instance today when I went to the toilet for potty and after I was done I realized I had sperm sticking out of my penis and I know I did piss a little maybe but I had to clean the sperm of , there was no discomfort or any pain....should I be concerned ???

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The discharge on the penis could be due to semen or it could be due to infection or inflammation in the urinary tract or the reproductive tract.
There is possibility of infection or inflammation if there is history of burning sensation while urinating, increased frequency of urination etc.
In case there is presence of any of the above mentioned symptoms, you need to get the discharge examined.
In case of infection, appropriate antibiotic therapy is required.
In case the discharge is semen, nothing needs to be done.
