What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From Rectum?

I m 49 year old black male 5 9 185 lbs. and lately I have to poop a lot and when I do a little bit of blood is on the toilet paper but that could be from whipping too hard. What has me concerned is a clear fluid leaks out into my underwear after I m done so I have to take a small wad of toilet paper and place between my butt checks so that my underwear doesn t have a big wet spot. Also when I wipe I see these little clear little things that look like a small piece of rice--is that or are they pallups? I m very scared that I may have some sort of cancer in my prostate?
