Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite normal to have some liquid in the ear, as it is normal secretion of the ear. Anyway, if you have ear pain, especially when pressing on your ear (the tragus region) it would be indicative of an infection. In such case, consulting with an ENT specialist will be necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
