General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms could be due to CSF leakage as it is clear and not responds to antihistamines. It could be due to increased intracranial pressure, some connective tissue disorder.

I would suggest to go for chemical analysis of CSF for beta transferrin and CT scan if needed. Meanwhile take bed rest, and head rise about 15 to 30 degrees. Avoid sneezing and coughing. Take antibiotics as cefuroxime, diuretics like acetazolamide can be useful. Other treatment depend on specific cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar
