What Causes Clear Pinkish Discharge After 3 Weeks Of Normal Menses?

I am 51 and still having periods....but 3 wks after last regular period clear pinkish discharge...then while having intercourse...mod amt of bld with a small clot ... is this just an early period or something to be looked into....later that evening and the next day no further discharge....but the following day slight brownish red discharge....
