What Causes Clear Vaginal Discharge And Pelvic Pressure?

I had a tubal done 7 1/2 years ago after the birth of my second child. Last month my period was almost a week early but regular otherwise. This month it was on time but very light flow, no cramps and only lasted 2 days (10 days ago). For the past three weeks I have been experiencing pelvic pressure, nausea, headaches, fatigue and sore breasts, all of which I had attributed to bad pms. When I woke up this morning my left nipple was damp and there has been clear discharge when I used the restroom. I am waiting to see my doctor in a little over a week but I am worried that it could be fibroids or a reproductive cancer, both are in my family history.
