What Causes Clear Vaginal Discharge On Last Day Of Menstrual Period?

So I'm 19 and ammunition just on my ending day of my period.. but last night I woke up to my panties being very wet and my sheets under me as well.. o went to the bathroom and noticed it was clear fluid that had a tinge of orange in it.. probably from my tampon being in/ my period left overs... idk why it happened/ what it is.. its very enervating and gross. All that I can think of was I had hottubbed twelve hours prior and the only thing unusual lately would be some bug bites I have on my belly.
I don't know if it would be related though.
