What Causes Clicking Sound In My Baby's Joints?

7 Month Baby Clicking Joints
Can anyone please give me any advice. My 7 month old daughters kness click all the time. I asked the midwife who just said keep an eye on it. It obviously worries me when your baby knees are clicking quite loudly. Can you please let me know if anyone has experienced the same thing????
