What Causes Clitoral Pain And Discharge After Child Birth?

I had a baby 6 weeks ago. About a week after delivery I started to expierence clitoras pressure and pain. I went to the doctor and they told me I had a UTI and a yeast infection. I took the antibiotics for the yeast infection, and used the cream for the yeast. However I still have clitoras pain and a white discharge under my clitoral hood. It hurts to sit because Ill feel alot of painful pressure in my clitoras area. Im trying to figure out what this is before we need to resort to a biopsy. Please and Thank you for the help.
