What Causes Clitoris Burning Discomfort With Swelling, Vulva Skin Irritation And Redness?

Hey, Im having what i think is an allergic reaction to soap or maybe new bathroom tissue? Im having a slight burning discomfort on my clitoris and im also slightly swollen there as well as having some redness and skin iritation on my vulva and dont know whats going on?
