What Causes Clitoris Pain With Discoloration And Itching?

I Have a pain that started two days ago, on outside of hood of clitoris. Skin Area is grey in color. Itchy and painful Had not had anything like sex recently. Was treated with cephalexin for a pain in my arm a few weeks ago. Feeling fine and then noticed intense pain on Wed evening. maybe rritation from my pants? Very itchy at night and hurts. Am treating with Lotrimin and Monistat. Any ideas what it could be? i am 61, 180lbs 5'1"
