I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms given here may not due to any cardiac element the ear symptom could be due to wax impaction and for this better to see the ENT surgeon else it is nothing to worry, if you are taking all the medicines might have given for the cardiac condition you have then it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
