What Causes Clogged Nose And Pressure In Forehead?

Hello, I m not sure if I have the common cold or maybe allergies. I never had them before so not sure. My nose is so badly clogged and I have so much pressure in my forehead, bad pressure. Can you tell if it s allergies? Not sure what to take over the counter.

hello and welcome to HCM,
A clogged nose and pressure in forehead can be due to sinusitis.
Allergy is one of the cause of rhinitis (inflammation of nasal mucosa) or sinusitis (inflammation of sinuses).
Are these symptoms seasonal i.e. do they appear during some season in the year?
Consultation with your primary healthcare provider is required.
In the meanwhile you can take anti-histaminic (like cetrizine, levocetrizine or loratadine) for symptomatic relief.

Thanks and take care
