What Causes Clogged Pores Near Eye Lashes?

I have myopia, and I think, my eyes get dry a lot. Lately, I have been noticing clogged pores near my lashes. It does not hurt, but I feel a slight discomfort whenever I blink, and it usually goes after sometime. I don't know what is causing this. I also don't know if this is something dangerous.
Please help?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having clogged pores near eye lashes.
This indicates blocked orifices of meibomian glands and is called as mebimonitis seen in clinical condition called as posterior blepharitis.
The discomfort is because of dryness caused by defective tear secretion because of altered meibomian gland function.
The treatment is by lid scrubs and lid hygiene. Use of artificial tears provides symptomatic relief.

Thank you
