Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Fibroids by increasing the vasularity and surface area of uterus can lead to heavy and/or menstrual flow and can also lead to
pain during periods. As you are having multiple fibroids, possibly they might have led to prolonged bleeding. Previously your medicines might have helped with this. But in perimenopausal age,
hormonal imbalance can also lead to irregular menstrual flow. To be sure, please consult your gynecologist once, go for
ultrasound to observe the present status of fibroids. If the fibroids are decreased in size, you may continue with your
homeopathic medicine. If they are increasing in size and symptoms become severe, you may need to consider surgical option. Once you reach
menopause, the fibroids will regress automatically. So, by discussing all these things with your doctor you can go for further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
