What Causes Clotting During Menstruation & Nausea?

Hello. I ve been on my period for 2 days but clotting more than usual. I constantly feel numb in my face and every time I stand up I get severely dizzy to the point everything turns black and I need to hold on to something to keep my balance. What could cause this? I also feel very nauseous
