What Causes Cloudy And Foul Smelling Urine?

I have very foul smelling urine. It smells sort of salty. I cannot explain it but it is dark and cloudy. I have no pain when I urinate and I have no blood or burning sensations at all. I do not have abdominal pain. I m embarrassed to go to the bathroom in public or at work because the salty smell lingers. It is very strong! I was diagnosed with a yeast infection a few weeks ago but it went away. The urine smell has not. 1) I have been taking 30 of Vyvanse. Could that be the cause? 2) I would like a realistic idea of how addictive this stuff might be 3) If Vyvanse is working how should I feel? I like that it kills my appetite and makes me drink a LOT of water Thank you SO much for your time!!
