What Causes Cloudy Urination And Chest Pain?

When I discharge my bladder, periodically it is very cloudy almost milky however no pain or discomfort is associated with this. The tips of my fingers on both hands tingle from time to time and I have been experiencing sharp almost stabbing pain in my chest. I have a very difficult time sleeping more than 3 to 4 hours a night but find myself being tired all day every day. I take vitamins and exercise daily. I m at a loss and starting to get a bit concerned. Any insight?
