What Causes Cloudy Urination?

For about a month now I have been peeing little, cloudy, floaty things in my urine. Nothing has really changed in my daily diet except lemon water. I drink it every morning with whatever pulp comes out of the lemon. Just wondering if thats what it could be? Thanks Matilda

I would like to know -
1) Any associated symptoms like burning while passing urine, fever, any abdominal pain.
2) Presence of diabetes if any or family history of diabetes.

I would like to advise you to do -
Urine examination it help in detecting any pus cells, other markers of infection or sperms in urine.
Depending upon urine examination report further management can be planned.
